Wonderful Wednesday

I woke up late this morning and I thought "I don't wanna go to the university today" so I texted Giorgia and told her that I wouldn't attend the morning classes. She texted me back telling me to attend atleast the 11am class. I couldn't say "no" to her so I prepared myself, took a shower and prepare a big tumbler of coffee.

At 10am I received a text message from MAC about a makeup seminar/workshop that they will be having on November 11 to November 14 at MAC COIN at Via Cola di Rienzo. I was excited about it and I thought that it would be a great experience. Sadly I don't have 60euro for the fee.

I arrived at the class and shared the news to Giorgia and Verdiana 'cause I thought they would be interested (specially Giorgia since she loves makeup). They told me to participate the seminary so that I can share to them what will I learn. So we went out the classroom and called the store for inquiries. I was really nervous about it so I ask Giorgia if she could speak and ask questions for me. The lady said that there were only few reservations and we had to reserve a slot immediately if we were really interested in joining the seminar. I told Giorgia that I didn't have money for the registration and maybe I'll participate the next seminar that they will have but the girls were pushing me to join since it was a good opportunity to learn about makeup artistry. Giorgia and Verdiana lend me 20euro each for the sake of that workshop. I was really embarrassed 'cause they were lending me their money and I'm not used to it. Napakabaet talaga nila!!!! :')

I decided to go to the COIN to reserved a slot. We went to the MAC counter and ask the salesman. The workshop will be about basic makeup application. I made my reservation for Wednesday Nov. 13 (11:30 to 12:30) then we went to the cashier to pay the 60euro fee that turned out into a gift card worth 60euro which I can use to buy MAC products after the seminary. Awesome!
Giorgia lend me those 60euro and I thanked her and promised that I'll give it back to her soon.
She's the sweetest and kindest friend ever! *_*

How I spent my Halloween

October 31, 2013

I went to my morning classes. We only had 2 hours but we had to stay in the room for another 2 hours although we didn't have lessons (the professor wasn't able to come). It was the 1st day for Clinical Psychology and the lesson was pretty interesting. Giorgia was complaining 'coz she hadn't had breakfast yet, me as well. So we decided to go to Ottaviano and have some "cornetto" (croissant) at the bakery "Dolce Maniera" and some bubble tea at "BubbleMe".

There were many people inside. We noticed that there were some Halloween theme cookies, cupcakes and cakes! Super cute!!! So Giorgia asked me if we could buy cookies and cupcakes instead of croissants. We bought 2 cupcakes and 2 pumpkin cookies but they were too pricey :( 3euro each cupcake and 2euro each cookie.

However, we thought that Halloween only happens once a year so it was ok to spend a little more.

Then we walked throught Via Ottaviano, Piazza Risorgimento and decided to take photos of our sweets at BubbleMe.

Fortunately that day there was Alfredo, the owner of BubbleMe. He remembered me and asked if I'm ok now. (the last time Giorgia went to BubbleMe with Giulia and Verdiana, I wasn't able to come because I was ill and Alfredo sent me a message on Facebook telling me to get well soon).

We started to talk and laugh. He's really a funny person :D then we ordered the large glass of bubble tea and he gave us discount since we are one of his habitual customers.

I had a mango flavoured green tea with lychee bubbles and jelly mix while Giorgia had a melon flavoured green tea with melon bubbles and jelly mix.

Then we took photos of our "halloween nummies".

Pumpkin cupcakes with chocolate cream

I didn't finished eating the cookie 'coz it was too sweet and when I finished eating the cupcake I started feeling sick. Too much sugar!!!!! hahahaha! So I decided to bring it home and give it to my little brother who enjoyed eating it.

Since I'm not that type of person who loves nightlife, I stayed at home and watch horror film on MTV: Jack the Ripper and Saw. I didn't finished watching Saw 'coz I was too tired and the only thing I wanted to do was to go to bed and sleep. xD

That was my Halloween this year :) hahahaha!

Best University buddies ever!

Yesterday night I wasn't able to blog because I came home very late (since I had classes in the afternoon).

By the way, I started my monday morning with an inspiring quote that I post on my Instagram & a cup of lemon tea with honey and two spanish rolls which were given by our neighbour tita Weng and tito Jun.

 

I started to workout just to finally get rid of all those fats (hahaha xD). Two days ago I started with 20 squats a day and yesterday I did 30 squats. OMG! my tights were on FIRE!!!!! Then I did some leg raises, crunches and cobra push ups. After that simple work out I started cleaning the house (just the first floor: living room, kitchen and my room).

I had lunch at around noon and then I started to prepare myself.

I look like a rocker with this look. hahahaha! xD

I was waiting the bus when I heard someone calling my name. It was my classmate Linda. She was in the car with Adriana and they gave me a lift. :) I was so happy because I thought I would be late.

Adriana gave me a simple "present": a red bow bangle. She remember that I had the same style of earings that's why she gave it to me. I was really happy! <3 I didn't expect to recieve anything that day.

But it wasn't the only present of the day. Giorgia has been to Perugia for the EuroChocolate and took me a souvenir from the event: a pack of Lindt "Lindor" caramel chocolates. They really made my day! :')

I have the BEST UNIVERSITY FRIENDS EVER! :) I love them <3 <3 <3
