Chewy Chocolate Crinkles

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been a while since my last blogpost.

Yesterday was the first day of the year and I spent it alone at home so I decided to bake some crinkles and I wanna share to all of you how I made them :D

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- icing sugar

Procedure:

1) In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, white sugar and vegetable oil. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla.

2) In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into cocoa mix. Cover the dough and let it rest in the ref for 3-4 hours.

3) Take the dough off from the ref. Preheat oven at 175°C. Line a pan with a parchment paper. Roll the dough into balls (big as cherries) and coat with icing sugar before placing onto the pan.

4) Bake for 10-12mins. Pull out from the over after baking.

Chocolate Crinkles are perfect for holidays specially on Christmas. It is also easy to make and unexpensive. :)
